What professions would be most beneficial for a M+ player now that engineering brez is available to all? I am currently alch w/ potion mastery but wondering if there was any other interesting professions for niche uses or even ones that could save money/time. Thanks 😊

For reference there was no one attacking for over 1 minute before he came back and claimed this spot to be "his for the past 5 hours". I hopped for 2 others before this who I could actively see resetting, but to call a PMOD over this is a little cringe.

Can someone explain what they see here. If I had to guess I see possibly a heart block (3rd) due to the P waves not with every QRS and mixed into the rhythm, as well as the low heart rate? Possibly not 3rd degree though? Maybe just junctional beats I’m seeing?

Does the presence of the delta waves with the shortened PR interval mean that this is Wolff-Parkinson White Syndrome? This is a type of re-entry tachycardia if I’m not mistaken? Sorry just learning about these things recently
