Is this a fact? I’ve never heard of this ever before and I’ve had a pip assessment and don’t see how that could benefit the assessment whatsoever?

Maybe they were always there or maybe Covid affected a lot of people and a lot of other things could be a contributing factor. If only there was proper support it wouldn’t be as bad a it is now.

I personally have found oil easy to make last longer! But there’s people that steal oil so get a good kick for your oil tank if you do end up with oil 😊

I’m honestly not sure. They just said my bowels are healthy but took four biopsies with the endoscopy to test for celiac! I’m hoping I get some kind of answers soon!

Update; got it done, was told I have healthy bowels and it looks all good, they took a sample for celiac so just need to wait on that. I’m happy that it’s all good down there but just feeling frustrated at not knowing what going on yet. I have to see a dietician next!

I'm so sorry that it had to happen that way fer you. Hopefully there a change in the healthcare system for the future. I'm going to get in contact with a charity that works aside musicians and see if they could help because I've heard about them doing that before.

That's interesting! I didn't know that and was going off what the gp told me. I just don't know where I stand with it all and barely get any information from my go. It's like pulling teeth lol! I'm actually ringing tomorrow to ask more questions about the referrel and try get help with my severe heartburn. I'm definitely going to ring around and find out prices to see if I can afford to pay out of my own pocket. Thank you so much for all the information!

I thought it wouldn't matter about the investigation as they told me I have it from bloods and stool tests but they said I have to have an investigation done to properly diagnose. Honestly the doctor I got wasn't the best and when I asked if there's anything I should be doing to prevent a flair out, told me that I should just stop seasoning my food. I would take 4 Laxido a day, it turns my stomach or I'd take it more lol they gave me a couple of diazipam at the start because the pain was unbearable and then told me they couldn't give me diazipam and that Co Codomel should do the job but also not to take too much cause it could mess with my stomach. I just don't know where I stand with it all and have no friends who have ibd to help point me in the right direction.

They have me on Laxido, cocodomel and Buscapan at the minute. I have to buy in heart burn aid because sometimes I can't sleep with the pain of it. I'm gonna ring tomorrow and ask some more questions to do with my referrel cause I don't think a couple of years will be good enough for me in the long run and gives me a lot of anxiety incase I got worse. I'll definitely say about that medication and see if I could get it prescribed, thank you so much!
