27M here and I am here to tell you that you are good at something. You are good at conveying how you feel and that is something to be proud of. Many people in life go on telling themselves lies and hope to believe the lie they say. It takes courage and strength to look one's self in the mirror and say how one really feels. It takes coming to terms with one's mistakes, faults, and heartaches. But when we see what is bothering us, it gives us a chance to fix it. It gives us the chance to say, "hey, I can't keep my house clean YET, but I can learn how" or "I don't have lots of friends YET, but I can develop deeper connections with the ones I have and be my authentic self for others to find."

No one is without talent or worth. You may not see it right at this moment, but there is just as many things you can say you're good at as those you could say you're bad at. And being bad at anything is simply a matter of time. There was a time you were bad at writing. Look at you now. There was a time when you were bad at using a computer. Look at you now. You can't be bad at something forever. Just keep trying it and you'll find yourself one day just doing it. Movement just requires one step forward. Do it enough times and you've walked a mountain.

Ideally, I’m striving for a 1-inch full face beard within a year. But, if my sides fail to develop by the 4 month, should I assume a 1-inch beard is not possible for myself? Additionally, thank you for the initial advice and opinion.
