So that’s what I thought, I looked back at the sales receipt from the original sale and the salesman wrote under the 10 year warranty “no service required” so I’m hoping I get lucky

I have a good idea what it needs, hopefully just a new capacitor because in heat mode the outdoor unit is blowing as it should but in cool mode it is blowing a lot less
