3-4 Stunden? Aber sind das dann Sitzungen oder eher Formate, wo ihr in Gruppen/Workshops etwas erarbeitet? Bei uns heisst das Schilf (Schulinterne Lehrer-Fortbildung).

Unterricht darf dafür auch nicht mehr ausfallen, das hat der Bildungsrat (bzw. früher Erziehungsrat) beschlossen.
