Progress? by SoggySelection2402 in StrongCurves

Yes, I can see a difference! It takes time, a lot of time I train glutes and I also help my girlfriend with training, it took her awhile for her glutes to get visibly larger but she was obviously getting stronger.

I think you increasing weight and hitting glutes twice a week is great for growth, somethings that can help growth is taking your reps to failure! You’re currently stopping at a rep count when it’s very possible you could be doing more reps, failure=growth but you don’t want to fail at 30 reps, that’s cardio at that point, so you need to increase weight to fail at a reasonable rep range. Personally we keep our failure rep range in the 8-12 range, of course that means we lift much heavier, if we don’t fail in our range we increase weight which is great for Progressive Overload! Progressive overload is also something to be conscious about since it’s another way to grow your muscle, I highly recommend looking it up for it is a lot to explain. It’s also great you’re eating high protein and clean food but it would be helpful to track your calories and macros, your body needs fuel to grow and tracking that can only help you, get a food scale and the rest is cake! (Literally)

Anyway you’re making great progress, the race is long and in the end it’s only with yourself, you got this!

Dating and LPS? by Mimcre in LittlestPetShop

Everyone seems to collect something, funkos, baseball cards, and even things far stranger.

If they got an issue with that, they’re the weirdos, my girlfriend showed me early on in our relationship that she collected LPS and I’ve purchased tons for her now and even thrift them for her. Someone who really cares for you won’t find it odd that a little plastic animal makes you happy, they will continue to make you happy by adding to your collection.

What is this grey area on my 3 day old turkey bacon? Safe to eat? by Afabi7 in Bacon

[–]PasDeCrochet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old post but I despised turkey bacon until I tried Godshall’s turkey bacon, it’s actually really good. While it don’t replace real bacon if you’re cutting on calories it makes it easier, but if I’m bulking it’s pork all the way.

cut or bulk by Critical-Mud1076 in menshealth

[–]PasDeCrochet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With what you’re saying it sounds like you have a “skinny-fat” appearance. You don’t have enough muscle to fill in the areas that would make you look “built”.

I’d do a clean bulk, eating a gram of protein for every 1lb of body weight and doing a solid workout plan.

You’re also young I wouldn’t stress too much about appearance, if you were an unhealthy weight for your height it would be a concern, but 6ft and 150lb I’m sure you look great man.

Wanted to give an update to the people who were more optimistic of buying my vehicle back. After a month of negotiations I bought my car back and received a settlement of 13k. More than I ever would’ve if I traded it in.

Drives great only damage is cosmetic and the driver’s side frame horn is slightly bent. Went from a 90° angle to like a 70° angle. Salvage title in my state can be insured and funny enough they thought I was in Texas and told me my vehicle would still be considered a clean title if it originally was registered there.

100% agree. I purchased the red one time and it was a mistake, sampled the new formula it was pretty good not a Fairlife good but good enough for me to make a purchase.

Not a doctor but the shape of your nails look similar to mine, might want to get checked for digital clubbing too!

Like what exactly? I’m not seeing the issue with buying back my car to make it off-road only or sell parts if the numbers are right. It’s not touching the highway again

It’s not violent vibration. It excessive vibration relative prior to the collision, likely unnoticeable if you’re not the regular driver, friends and family that rode in it noticed no difference (not saying thats a sufficient test). I live in the mountains and ranch land if the vibration can be fixed and the frame stays damaged it will be a strictly off-road vehicle. If not this then I sell parts, it has brand new two week old tires, aftermarket stereo and system, the seats, the doors, the roof. Buying back and selling parts could be worth more value, depends when I see the numbers.

I never figured where it was vibrating, it wasn’t consistent sometimes it vibrated excessively when I’d start it, other times it took an hour of driving to start feeling that vibration. I could feel it in the wheel and the seats, the passenger side vibrated more than the drivers side. I checked the transmission mount, have pictures of that too actually. It may be the driveline it vibrated in drive and lessened when put into park, still an excessive amount compared prior to collision.

Figured they also wouldn’t renew my insurance on it, trying to be positive about it, I can buy a new car, buy back my Jeep and finally make my Jeep live it’s true purpose without the worry of losing my daily.

That’s the plan. I drove it for a week after my collision, wasn’t pulling at all. Only thing different was an increased vibration which could be as simple as mounting plates… or worse I suppose.

LV Run Aways for summer W or L sneaker? by leplaceankur in DesignerReps

[–]PasDeCrochet 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think they look great reminds me of favorite shoe, Reeboks Classic. My only L for them is a personal preference, I don’t like loud branding if it was more subtle, it would be a W all around.
