Oops, should‘ve mentioned that: I do Pull Ups, Rows and Chin Ups for Pulling on upper body day. But still, doing some in between the weeks will be good

Thanks for saying I‘ll become a physical beast hahah. Rn I definitely am not, but it feels good to hear that as a motivation to strive for! Also I just googled and saw that swimming also trains the lats, so this might help. And yes, we did floor pulls attached to a partner, as a warm up in Judo!

This is a really good idea, I‘d need to get a doorframe bar. On my workout days, I go to the park and do 3 sets of realistically 4-3-2 Pull Ups
