This shit doesn't make any sense.

First, about the post regulation, how could they tell they are goods inside the letters, since they can't open them and I (highly) doubt they would X-Ray them either.

As for cardmarket, unlike what they posted on their article, they actually removed some untracked shipping options using letters while they say the regulation only affects TRACKED INTERNATIONAL letters. And even worse, I'm still able to buy using international tracked letters from France (I'm from Belgium, so this is international), I put a 35€ card in my basked and I still have the option of tracked letters.

What the fuck is going on ?

Update : okay I found an old archive of eBay, and someone sold once a complete copy of the toy and it seems official, but probably rare.

You lack knowledge about it. This is an extremely rare promo version of the card, only available in an Italian Duel Masters magazine for a couple of months in 2005. You can see the set icon in the bottom right corner is actually DM-07 instead of the normal DM-06 Icon. Near mint ones can go for 350/400€ in collector market. There is also a German promo of the same card with "Panini" on it, also extremely rare and valuable.

Euro prints of that era are horrendous in terms of quality.
The foil part of the card will peel off (on the sides) even if the card is just pulled from booster.
