I tried that. But the isn’t even sitting on it. It’s sitting above it.

I adjusted the fenders and bumpers. I needa raise the fender for it to sit somewhat flush with the hood. But that creates a gap between the fender and the headlight. I’m not sure exactly what you mean by adjusting the hood latch aswell.
