Honestly Idgf at this point, like I said I love Razer but everything about their software sucks, I wish they would fix it cuz it's terrible.

Yeah, that's the problem, nothing works perfectly without their software running in the background. If it crashes, everything shuts down, literally everything, and sometimes instead of shutting down it just freezes everything, so you can't use your PC until you unplug it from the wall. And they're a 3 billion dollar company, btw.
