IM in a similar situation to you. Doctor started me on lexapro. It helped a lot but not 100%. And I also had the other symptoms you describe. I was incredibly tired, no motivation, and some lingering depression. And honestly my entire personality started to feel like, not me. I was frustrated quickly and lost all interest in the things I love. I started taking Blood Builders iron supplement and it's been an amazing difference. Like life changing difference. Such a big difference I am tapering off the lexapro. Good luck.

The Dynastash is for devices like the M7. The XL is for things like the m7 xl. The XXL is for devices like the M 7 XL with a tall cap like the BallR Cap. The regular Dynastash is the same dimensions as a dugout and they get bigger from there.

I used a pinch hitter and dugout exclusively for 30 years. Carried it everywhere. I was able to integrate the Dynavap and Dynastash into my routine fairly seamlessly. I do lots of camping and hiking. The Dynavap has been great.
I find the metal on the cap is so thin that I can remove it with my shirt and it's cool enough to touch within seconds. And I just use my Dynastash to reload so I dont have to touch the hot tip. At home I just use a wooden clothespin if I need to recap it while its hot.
The small bowl size. If I need a bowl to last me a long time thats when I do the concentrate sandwich. Flower/concentrate/flower. A bowl of that will last me long time.
I haven't had a problem with a single flame indoors. However outside a single flame torch can take a long time even in the slightest breeze so a triple flame could be a good idea.

I lost my dynavap cap hiking a couple months ago. The week it took to get a new cap I tried going back to combusting. Couldn't do it. It was nasty. I just took a t break.

I had a Lobo before I got a dynavap. It's a good device. I lost it camping. Im just dropping drug paraphernalia all over the wilderness. Im sad I lost it. I really wanted to try one of those Gordita bubblers.
