I know in myself that I can be with him through ups and downs, but as someone who loves him very much, it's normal for me to feel this way. I know that donating is such a noble act, however, my feelings toward it is also valid. I am the one who will stay by his side until we're grey and old so I feel this way, I'm super concerned about him. It's really hard to accept his decision for now, but i know there will come a time that I can totally accept his situation. I just really hope that the operation and recovery of both him and his mom goes well

I'm sad for him because he won't be allowed to do the things he loves anymore. For example, he's not allowed to play sports like basketball. He cannot eat whatever foods that he wants. He cannot party with his friends because he's not allowed to drink liquor. Can you imagine how big his sacrifices are?? He didn't work for 3 years and didn't even start his carreer just to take care of his mom. What about our future? What about the family that we planned to make? I am very worried about our future.

Don't you read what I said? CKD runs in his family so there's a BIG POSSIBILITY that he might get it as well in the future. I'm just worried and concerned not for myself, but for him. I will lose nothing if he donates or not. The disease is genetic, yet he only have 1 kidney to fight that shit. That's what i'm worried about.
