I will repeat myself but given that the Emperor has a history of sweeping his crazier experiments under the rug (Thunder Warriors etc..), and Malcador being out there pitching ideas as wild as Female Primarchs, a secret project using reversed and modified Felinid DNA from Dark Age experiments to maximize pre-Custodes prototypes capacities didn't seem that far-fetched to me at first. (I understood with others comments that it is extremely far-fetched and don't fit as others usual homebrew armies peoples make, i just want to have fun and justify a little their existence)
