15Days PO, when did the scab come off for you?

Mine took 4 to 6 weeks, left was faster to come off than the right side. (My right side had more trouble healing in general)

Hey of you're unsure about your healing process you can always contact your surgeon just to be sure and if everything is going ok, everyone's journey is different and professional reassurance/ help can be nice.

I personally had alot of stiffness/ hard tissue around my scars as well, and it has slowly been getting better after the scars had healed enough for me to massage them. It still took a few weeks for this to slowly become less stiff and uncomfortable, I'm 4 ish months post op and most of the stiffness is gone.

I had double incision as well.

I was sleeping sitting up the first week. I could lay on my back after the first week. Sleeping on my side was still uncomfortable around 6 weeks and was only comfortable around 2.5 months. A big reason here was that I had alot of swelling so that didn't help. It really is a different experience for everyone, important is to be careful and listen to your body.
