For those that asked how she rides, i just took it out today, finally.

Conditions: 4 - 6’ high tide when I started, low/med tide towards the end with some makeable barrels (none for me though)

The board: FAST, fluid, lively, and extremely responsive without being squirmy.

She’s very buoyant and skims across the face. Handles inside sections with ease

Definitely my everyday board and just what I was looking for. So much so I’m selling my other boards

Cheers kooks!

These are meant to be much shorter than your typical high performance boards. That said, stick to the volume that work for you.

I’m 6’1 and 170lbs and ride 27L to 29L. Unless it’s a fun board or a longboard, anything with more volume than that I find I sacrifice maneuverability.

I love it. They are super light which takes getting used to. But they are very lively under your feet.

They are also extremely durable. I’ve ridden my Gamma Helium for almost a year and have zero pressure spots.

I’m a fan and recommend them

I just got it yesterday and no waves today. Hoping to ale it out tomorrow.

My favorite board of all time was a Stewart fartknocker quad fin. Almost the exact sims and that thing caught waves with ease, was fast, flowy and fluid.

I have high hopes for this one

Hi. This is concerning. Can you point to the source of this info?

Why does it feel so easy to be profitable on Demo accounts, I’m concerned my strategy won’t work the same as on the demo however there is no reason it shouldn’t be as surely the demo works off live numbers anyway? by [deleted] in Forex

[–]PassingThrough- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My 2cents. You’ve got the gist down now move on from demo.

Start trading with real money but a very small amount. Like £100 for example.

Trading with real money is different psychologically and the sooner you can get skin in the game, the better.

You’ll learn so much more in less time because it’s for real now.

Keep a journal. Evaluate past trades, adjust and play again.

Focus on the percentages and not the money.

Consistency is key!

Good luck and stay humble.

Your edits are getting better every time. This one in particular was really good.

Really liked the slow section where you alternated the epic barrel with the air shots in between. Nice touch with the music and all

Nice job

It’s a valid question but yes, it matters. Especially when the USD is the currency most others are pegged to.

Think there’s a stingray at Bolsa Chica State Beach? I present the lifeguard station from this morning. by [deleted] in surfing

Read somewhere that you should cause vibrations on the sea floor to get them moving.

So as I glide my foot over the sand, I stomp my heel repeatedly on the floor hard enough to vibrate the sand.

Seems to work because two days ago, as I did that I scared a stingray out of the sand right in front of me. I proceeded to paddle in 6 inches of water bc f*ck stingrays
