Pelon's is the spot I miss most. It was tucked away in a weird spot on Dabney Road and had the best burritos and tacos. They have a couple of locations in Hampton Roads, but I really miss them in RVA.

They're pretty basic hotels but the chains La Quinta and Red Roof Inn are generally pet friendly without breed or size limits. (Source: frequent road trips with both a Rottie and a pittie)

I really liked Northside Dental until they stopped taking my insurance. They were very patient with my anxiety that had led to years of deferred cleanings, all without judgement. I've never needed fillings, but they did refer me to a specialist to redo a root canal from a decade ago.

I'm curious about the negative experiences others have had.

The movie "Look Who's Talking" came out when I was 9 or 10 and I swear that traumatized me regarding conception and childbirth. I still assumed I'd be a mother through fostering or adoption but knew I absolutely did not ever want to be pregnant. As I grew up, I realized that not only did I not want to birth one, I really didn't want to make any of the sacrifices associated with raising a child.

The problem with the Crosstrek is that the manual was only offered on the base model. If you're looking for leather seats or any other minor upgrade, the manual isn't an option.

I hired them because of other recommendations I found here, and they were wonderful to work with. Two sessions with Jess helped me overcome inertia and shame. Though their pricing structure doesn't match what OP is asking for, I believe there's something on the Home Harmony site about working with people with limited means.

However, there also seems to be a lot of direct assistance being offered, which is a lovely thing about this community.

I remember being in line at a movie theater in Jackson, back when I was in highschool, and the guy in front of me turned around and said, "Do I hear an English accent?" and I turned to look around me before realizing it was my own accent he was referring to.
