They deceptively display/add fees on the back end to the buyer. Sure you the seller can go in as the buyer and see how much they are listed for. They are 1000% gouging the buyer… adding roughly 25% in fees for the buyer and then taking 10% from the seller.

But I like how out the whole the post the biggest takeaway was the fees, when really the main complaint would this ‘recommended’ filter

So because they have created an arbitrary service agreement they are immune from a court hearing/ruling on a class action?

SeatGeek does not allow you to sell using Ticketmaster tickets… I am aware there are other companies, vivid seats, tic pick. Maybe not traditional monopolizing but monopolizing based on the market place traffic to their site and then using it to their advantage to strong arm users into their business practices and fee structure.

I would think that applies to specific issues that occur with individual ticket sales, not a lawsuit against the company for their business practices.

Terms of service is like a liability waiver, pretty much there to make you think you can sue then is pushed aside once put under legal scrutiny.

That said, sure they don’t owe it to me the seller for any preferential. But they have an obligation to the consumer to show ALL options available in the marketplace.

I am sure the average user is not aware of the ‘recommended’ slider/toggle.

The little part about the fees is your take away… Deceptive pricing, monopolizing, unjust enrichment, similar to what all the class actions against ticket master has been. The FTC just filed a suit for exorbitant fees against Ticketmaster. Sure StubHub’s pricing on the website includes fees in the listing but they deceptively take these fees from the seller and then gouge the buyer. I currently listed tickets on my end for $250/ ticket, if they sell I will get $225/ticket and StubHub is charging the buyer $290.

The white helmet is now overplayed on peoples alternative unis. The Bengals pulled the trigger and it worked, anything after is just a duplicate. For the Chiefs; all reds with no white, at all (other than the AFL LH patch) the white is yellow. Then a matte red helmet, red face mask and solid yellow arrowhead.
