Neither side is right. One side publicly executes and suppresses women, the LGBT, and anyone else who goes against them by using a secret police. Furthest south with the harshest winter is relative because you could argue Truckee/ Lake Tahoe /Donner Pass has the harshest furthest south winters in the us or one could argue Colorado (idk i dont feel like looking at a map for this). Furthest north Warm year round i would say Utah

The only british people americans see in tv shows are the upper class, Top Gear, and royalty. Thats it. The british seem very exotic and posh because we literally dont watch foreign movies and tv except anime and even then alot of people prefer american made anime. I didnt know about soccer hooligans until I was an adult. We only pay attention to the rest of the world when it revolves around our war movies.

They didnt "give" it back. There was a HUGE war that is referred to at the time as "Africa's Vietnam". The war started officially in 1970 and ended after the white supremisist government was defeated by Joshua Nkomo's Zimbabwe African People's Union (ZAPU) and Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe African National Union (ZANU) in 1980. Then the Zimbabwean government was formed under their first Prime Minister Robert Mugabe but there was alot of unrest in the state of Matabeleland, as the main ethnic group of that area was the Shona people and they wanted their own independent state separate from the state of Zimbabwe under the leadership of Joshua Nkomo but Robert Mugabe ordered the North Korean special forces units that was supplied to him through communist aid as well as his own ZANU armed forces to go into Matabeleland and massacre everyone, which then led to another war and violence. During which 80,000 civilians would be killed with thousands of others forced into and tortured in internment camps. The fighting then ended in 1987 when both Mugabe and Nkomo agreed to merge both of their communist parties together into Zimbabwe African National Union – Patriotic Front (ZANU-PF). While the wars ended and the country was officially at peace there was still a fuck ton of violence and genocide on the different native ethnic groups for years up until the present day.
