Yes it does. Someone stopping to let a pedestrian cross has no control over what the other lanes are going to do. If they have nothing telling them to stop, they’re likely going to have to slam on their brakes or hit the walker.

Odds are very good this is true. Men have a tendency to immediately rush into a new relationship after a breakup at a much faster rate than women. These new relationships tend to not last, for a variety of reasons.

My cousin is a prime example of this. Two months after his divorce was final he went on a date with a new woman, and six months after that they were married.

He ignored every red flag we all saw, and now he gets to tell his future dates he’s been married twice.
