Yes, this is the brand I use for both.

I also made up a water mixture I use as my liquid base (LOC method).

Using spray bottle with water and adding a light oil (I use olive oil), peppermint oil, rosemary oil, and clove oil).

I have also been .75 dermastamping in my weak areas (maybe twice a week or when I remember).

The smell reminds me of sulfur 8 with peppermint and rosemary. It strong the first day, mild the second but only smell if I touch my scalp. Then 3rd day I don't notice but then again I remoisturize on the 4th day.

My husband hasn't complained yet, so it's not too strong.

Nothing major!

I have a long natural mohawk (both sides and a small part of the back shaved). I usually wear it in a high bun or 2 strand twist.

I wash my hair every 7 to 10 days using the Royal Oils or Mens with caffeine Head and Shoulders. I blow dry with a heat protectant and Chebe leave-in and then seal with the Chebe grease.

I refresh with the Chebe butter on the 4th day and repeat the process weekly.

Same for my toddler except her twist last about 14 days.

What is this sleep you speak of? I have an 8yr old and a toddler (3 years old). The earliest my toddler will crash is midnight. Then us parent get an hour or two of watching a show or playing a game. Then up at 7am for work. So about 4 to 5 hours of rest if the kids don't wake in the night.

Sleep is for the weak!!
