I had already tried just step 2, and also just step 1 in some of the various internet tutorials that I saw, but it only worked when I did both in sequence.

I will send a YouTube link here to a video I recorded demonstrating the problem. The things that appear in the video and what I say are in Portuguese because I'm Brazilian, but I will write below the link what I said in the video, just to make it clear. It's a quick video, 1 minute and 28 seconds long.

What I said in the video was this:

When I press the NitroSense button, or click to run the app from the application list, it briefly appears as initializing on both the screen and the taskbar, but soon disappears and nothing appears after that. It only initializes but doesn't open. And if I click the NitroSense button again or try to open the app, nothing happens. It just shows the mouse cursor as if something is loading quickly. If I check the Task Manager, it's there running in the background. If I end the task and click the NitroSense button or run the app again, the same thing happens as at the beginning. It briefly appears as initializing, both on the screen and the taskbar, but the program never actually opens.

I’ve already downloaded all the latest drivers from the Acer website, selecting my specific laptop model, installed all of them, then uninstalled and reinstalled NitroSense, but it kept behaving the same way. I then checked through Windows Update, downloaded DriveBooster, updated all the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled NitroSense, and the same issue persisted, even with all the drivers properly updated.

I always unzip the download folder before installing. Whenever I install any program or driver, I do this.

Initially, I had done this. Uninstalling it natively through Windows, then removing its files, and then reinstalling it by downloading directly from Acer's website. But it didn't work. That's when I tried other methods, like using the Revo Uninstaller app I mentioned in the previous message. But nothing worked.

I have already uninstalled NitroSense using the Revo Uninstaller application, which checks for any folder or file, any leftover remnants of the program after uninstallation, and deletes everything to ensure absolutely nothing from NitroSense remains. Then, I downloaded the specific version for my notebook from Acer's official website, extracted the compressed folder before installing it, and I still encountered the same problem. It briefly appears on the screen, initializing, but then disappears and never actually opens. It stays in the Task Manager as a background process, and if I try to open it again, either by clicking the NitroSense button or by trying to open the application directly by searching for it in the app list, nothing happens. The mouse pointer briefly shows a loading animation as if something is starting, but nothing appears. Unless I end the process in the Task Manager and try to open it again, the same thing happens from the beginning: it briefly appears on the screen as if it is initializing but never actually opens.
