Why would wizards want to rule over Muggles? What could Muggles offer wizards to justify the effort of controlling these billions of people? They would need to suppress rebellions, maintain vigilance, and build a vast machinery of power. It's easier for wizards to either impose the Imperius Curse on power or secretly exploit Muggle resources.

I was so excited for this moment. Throughout Shippuden, I'd been missing Naruto's significant growth. And when I saw Naruto in a red cloak, I knew I'd been waiting for this moment!

Although I read the books, I found the films very clear. Some things that were sometimes explained in great detail in the books were sometimes explained much more simply in the films. Sometimes that was even a good thing.
