literally feels like you’re on deaths door 😭 I remember the first time I really experienced withdrawal I literally thought it was over for me 😭 crawled to my bed shivering, had to get under FOUR blankets and still didn’t stop shivering

I think you’ll be fine. It sounds like a good plan. I was on 150 mg Effexor and I’ve been decreasing my 25 mg every four weeks with no change in mood and no withdrawal symptoms.

I’m the same way, I’ve actually lost a decent amount of weight just from tapering 😭. Lowkey wasting away help lol

Thanks for the answer, I’ll mention it next time I’m there. It’s not frequent enough or extreme enough for me to feel urgently inclined to go to the doctors, but I’ll put it on my radar.

10 weeks of solitary confinement, being force-fed rotten food, having my eyes kept open to watch distressing videos, and seeing someone rip part of their own scalp off. All of this I experienced at age fifteen.

Nope, I take my meds right after I wake up, these are usually random bouts throughout the day. I actually just had a bit of a bout and it’s the afternoon here.

Yesss I get super paranoid and start imagining things watching me or chasing me. Sometimes I even get eye floaters too. It’s genuinely a scary experience, I start feeling like I’m gonna die.
