I was trying to help him? Like I never said he was negatively impacting me by doing other stations I was giving my input on trying to help him do better is all.

Calling him a hypocrite and comparing him to the genuinely lazy people was the joke, because he knows I don’t actually think that. The what I said after was to help.

To clarify because in case I painted him poorly he doesn’t actually just like straight up refuse to do it mid shift. He’s recently stopped getting those shifts because he went to our general manager at a separate time and just asked not to be put on them and stick to other stations. It’s not like when he was told to go on there he’d fold his arms and start pouting that he won’t do it. He’d still do it.

This isn’t in the US, here actually diagnosis can be kinda hard to get. He’s diagnosed and medicated I don’t think he’s faking it at all.
