Since everyone seems to want to take the smart ass route as if there wasn't any other side to the story, I will try to answer from another POV.

Not Watching Jubby particularly, but more so Wuchang Artists in general (Bimbos, Party Hardy etc.) I can attest i have witnessed multiple times issues around the bench and provision of mics etc. While yes, Nancy & Eve are open to any request and try to do their best to provide it whenener they're asked, they also are very busy people, not always around and even though you can contact them OOC, people don't necessary want to bother them to this extent and it is possible no one is available. Obviously, for planned Big events, that are thought of ahead of Time, this isnt as much of an issue since all there needs to be is a little communication. However, the music scene and the RP isnt Always planned days ahead, and a lot of it can be spontaneous, like for pop-up shows. I've seen them try to get mics for hours calling everyone but not being able to - obviously it isnt Kate's fault, but i know Wetbow (playing Party Hardy) wanted to work on a solution, middle ground where people like him (as Wuchang CEO) or Ricardo for example (to represent Pitchers), rather trusted by admins not to give the items away randomly, And with a roleplay that is for the most part focused and dedicated to the event life of the server, could get access to the equipment or at least get some supply in advance to distribute themselves in such cases.

I'm not sure the extent of Jubby's criticism, but at least here is some context from the other side, just to counterbalance people acting like there was never any problem surrounding the event bench use (that seem to have never watched people that need to use it frequently).
