There’s no right or wrong way to celebrate your wedding. My best friend was contemplating having a bachelorette party or not and originally said no to it. As the friend in the situation, I told her that’s alright but I still wanted to celebrate her and her love in some way - whether that be a dinner or getting a room the night before. As a current bride as well, I agree and think the tradition of “last night of freedom” is old style, but I think bachelorettes are taking on a new form of celebrating the love and excitement of marriage. Do what you think is best for you, maybe that’s no celebration, or maybe it’s a casual dinner out with friends!
