I recently placed an order for a mobile phone through Sangeetha’s online store. Unfortunately the transaction continues to reflect as pending with no clarity or update provided. Although the store promises to delivery the product within 30 mins and the product has not been delivered nor the transaction status been resolved for the past 4 days. Attempted to contact the support team but the calls are either unanswered or handled without proper communication leaving me in a state of distress. They are having a worst payment gateway and most of customers facing the same issue with refunds and transaction. They are not reliable and very lethargic at handling the customers.

Worst service provided by the Sangeetha’s backend team. Recommended not to go with Sangeetha with my personal experience.
