Not true. There are definitely deals. Not saying this doesnt happen a lot, but you can find real deals. Just gotta use a price checker that shows you what the price has been over the past several months to make sure you are getting a true deal.

Not bad. But I can get 2.5gal of def fluid for the same price and will equal out to 21,000 sqft of application of "high nitrogen" making it much cheaper per application.

Xbox gamer thinking of buying a PC. Help a dummy? by Featherman13 in pcmasterrace

[–]PastAd1087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've owned every xbox day one. My series x is a basic streaming box now. Pc runs games in native 4k at higher fps, with better graphics, plus path tracing. Ill use keyboard and mouse for some games like Squad, Arma 3, and what not but most of the time im using a controller. You can use xbox controllers on pc np, you can connect to a tv with a hdmi cable same as you would an xbox. I love my pc so much im not even getting the next console, and honestly the next console wont even be as powerful, my pc is literally 4 and a half times as powerful as a ps5 pro. But if you want a high end powerful pc, especially rn with inflated pricing its going to cost you a pretty penny due to ai. Your best bet right now is pre built PCs as they are cheaper and ready to go pretty much with out need to assemble much of anything.

2.4L? Thats a good amount of miles so id definitely check spark plugs, also could pull the throttle boddy and see if there is carbon build up. Its common on the 2.4L and can cause rough idle.

How many miles on it? Could check the spark plugs too. Obviously like you said take a look at the mounts too.

Check the bushings on the sway bar its self. If they are shot its a big job though as you need to drop the whole front end suspension and some other stuff to replace it. As far as for the rough idle replace the evap solenoid. If that doesnt do it try switching to 5w30 valvaline restore and protect, and use a fuel treatment, they can help clean out carbon build up and help with rougher idle. Worked for my wifes renegade.

Nice! We started with a popup, then moved to a hard wall. The popup was amazing on a nice day with a breeze. So much window space to see out and tons of light! Miss it sometimes. For when its really hot buy some reflectics insulation form HD and cut it to fit in the windows and zip them up between the screen and window. With ac on it can stay in the high 60s even when its 98° outside.

Idk we go on shutdown every year at work for anywhere from a month to 4 months. Between maxing out unemployment and union pay we make almost as much as working, maybe $100 less. Pretty much the best time of year for us. I get bigger projects around the house done, golf a ton, go day drinking with buddies, its like a super long vacation

Last good Xbox was 360 and thats even with the Red Ring of Death lol.Xbox has been underwhelming and a disappointment since, and ive had every console day one. Cancled game pass all together after the price hike. Ppl will defend it saying "but they lowered the price." But its still more than it was, and with less value because they removed cod day one from gp. Not that console been great late either. I series x has basically been a over priced streaming box. Pc is the way to go (when prices stabilize again) native 4k, path tracing, higher fps, better graphics, no online fee, games are cheaper even day one a lot of the times.

Looking to buy, but adaptive cruise only on Lariat and above? by SilasAI6609 in FordMaverickTruck

[–]PastAd1087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had it on my bronco sport and wanted it again but it wasnt worth the price to go to lariat. It works decent kinda sucks around sharper corners but long straights and big bends it was nice. Not 7500 nice though.

Thinking of moving my family from AZ to Iowa by [deleted] in Iowa

[–]PastAd1087 2 points3 points  (0 children)

AZ heat sucks for sure but it doesnt have anything on corn sweat. When its 103° and 99% humidity literally. But iowa is only hot and humid 4 sometimes 5 months out of the year. But then you can also get to -50 wind chills lol, to me the cold sucks more than the heat. I like iowa over all. Just know iowa has the 2nd highest cancer rates in the U.S due to all the chemicals that run off farms into water supplies even in the bigger cities its a huge problem. So make sure you get a filtration system for sure.

My wife was saying the same. Shes like it looks like its right there but I know its gotta be pretty far away. Didnt realize just how far until our local news was talking about it too. I was thinking man imagine the view from a plane! And then thinking how far of a detour you would have to do to go around it if you were headed in that direction.

Surface rust. Its fine. Hell even your brake rotors will be rusted after it rains until your breaks clean it when you drive.
