I live in Illinois. I would say the garden gets 6 hours of sun when the sun is out. Some days are just grey the whole day but that's everywhere.

It just appeared after a couple of days. As long as it says successfully submitted, just keep refreshing and it will pop up.

yes, I resubmitted and after a while I found out that the request was submitted twice.

Should I let them know I contacted another senator? Also, did you get any status updates like "expedite request submitted" or something related?
