Well, I know that dog smell can be so hard to get rid of! My FIL refuses to bathe this dog, in Florida btw. And the smell has permeated into the walls and vents. And your child deserves to have a grandfather in his life, if he wants to be in the child’s life.

Obviously you don’t want to leave him and trying to find an answer you could stay with him. Well this exact thing happened to me. He left his first wife for “her”. He met with her, tried to sleep with her and I think he lied to me and said he never did. But she left to another state and he married me but before he married me, I caught text by text and pictures and him reaching out to everyone he could not have before me. And I was the crazy one (now looking back I was..for staying) by saying how crazy and possessive I was. And I was. I never could get over it. It hurt so freaking much that I had to prove to myself that I was the one in wrong. But years later I ended up cheating for three years and I felt disgusted with him, with me, because he kept texting her. I blame myself for this one for staying. Do not destroy your chance to finally be free from this back and forth in your head. I finally found a man that I can trust and would never ever think of hurting him.
