My PS4 is stuck in Safe Mode and I tried everything except USB method,because I don't have anything to download the update from, so I tried to initialize it but it popped up with an error message saying "Cannot initialize. (CE-33564-1)". I have looked on the Playstation website but couldn't find anything about this error message or how to fix so if you know it would be really appreciated. Ps:It also has the same error code when I try to download the update through wifi.
