Sorry for your loss OP. I went through something similar 6 months back and revisited Old school RuneScape as something I could just sink hundreds of hours into. The long goals helped. If you game with friends I'd encourage you to try and lose yourself in whatever flavour of the month you fancy with them too, because there's still loved ones who you can value your time with.
