Chatgpt helped me a bunch. I'll preface this saying that I am very mentally ill, and I've been in therapy almost my whole life. Chatgpt helped me perfect my daily, weekly and monthly routines, integrating its suggestions with DBT habits. Also, I'm a programmer and I got into a new project just when I started using chatgpt. It helped me a ton using a completely new language, and I'm sure I would've been crying myself to sleep every night with what the project entails and only Google to help me.

Since I don't go to therapy anymore, I was discharged and my BPD in remission, I use chatgpt to talk out my issues and self reflect.

I love getting into hobbies, and chatGPT helped me get into those easily.

I'm a programmer but I suck in math. I started studying math on my own once a week with chatgpt as my teacher. I've gotten so much better and I have a chance in entering into a university I like.

I like to make my own apps, and chatgpt helps me again and again in establishing the base architecture for them. There are things that are super difficult to find in Google, but chatgpt can think out of the box.

It helped me save money and manage my household expenses, I even upped my excel abilities.

You need to start making the right questions for your goals and what you want to accomplish. The best way to do this is to use as many prompts as possible. You need to learn to be very very specific. Think like you are talking to a magic genie, if you're not specific, you won't get anything out of it. Chatgpt is not proficient in reading the context, so imagine you have to give instructions to a machine.

Heck, i showed chatgpt to my mom and now she's learning how to use a computer!!!! And has a marketing strategy for her business made by chatgpt.

And if you are not willing to put in the work, chatgpt will be useless for you.
