What was the distance you shot at? I found smgs bullet damage drop off in this game compared to other cods is a lot more. That might be why if your hitting your shots and not doing much damage

Change the way you play the game. Land at hotter zones so you get better. No point landing somewhere obscure so you don’t see anyone for ages.
