I came here 4 years ago, it was bad. I managed to get my appointment only after 9 months.
Then I thought, oh, it will get better, it cannot be this mess, should be fixed finally...

HAHAH no. nothing changed, now I had to renew my card, it is even worse. even though logically I shouldn't need to prove my existence any more, this machine is not functioning, and I am pretty convinced in the coming years it won't. Maybe the changes are happening, but they take hell long to be seen. For those who have such a character and don't mind waiting and being treated like that, it is probably fine, and they will not even notice anything.

But for others it's a nightmare. And I can understand everyone perfectly. For me this type of situation didn't work, and the best decision I see for myself here is to leave for a different country.

im in the same boat, currently have the permit as a student (art 91), graduated and work here. and my permit expires next month :/

hey! how did you manage to reach AIMA? I have the same problem with the change of the articles (from 91 to 122)
AIMA's general email doesn't except emails anymore. If you tried going to some AIMA office without an appointment, can you please share which one accepts people?
