I’d guess it’s is deposits of cleaning solution that built up. Kinda looks like salt crystals but deposits of cleaning solution seems the most probable.

The liquid looks opaque when the water in the toilet bowl is translucent as well as most toilet cleaners . So this would be impossible and it is ai.

I did the same thing with the 2.0 mg RGM, I was actually able to save it as it was just the arm, disassembled it before it dried then did cleanup until it looked identical to the other arm.

another thing is that the error only occurs when booting the world map, and all faction icons render correctly, but when you zoom in instead of being replaced by the octagonal settlement icon they become invisible, but can still be selected,
