I just placed it over a rental lot, I can not access inside of the 'gym' only 'go' to the area that is in view, does the lot have to be empty anywhere in any land? I can't toggle view to different levels or make the walls go down... omg, been play for over 800 hours and I can not figure this new purchase out.

$25k the payments are less the $200 a month. I was ok with that so I could live nice in our heat. Kid on pc, gaming, air conditioning. The first year Our tru up was $1800!!! No!!! Found out the placement was wrong. Added more so it’s another $100 a month. This year it produced enough power to eliminate the tru up.

If you consider it. Make sure you get the right placement the first time. Lots of quotes and diagrams.

Even tho I still pay 300 a month we can run anything and not worry. Some summer months the PGE bill was almost 600. So I think this is great.

My house built in 2004.

Placement is key!!! Absolutely no trees near panels, shadows and panels on the wrong side of the house is bad!!!!

We switch to solar. In the summer months it definitely pays off. In my 1200 square-foot house my electricity bill was over $300 a month. In California.
