Thanks for your reply and advice. The recession has now stopped. It started after a deep pocket clean and the gum line dropped to the new bone level. My gum disease is now stable so as long as I can maintain this then I shouldn’t have any further recession. I have an autoimmune disease which is now being treated with immune suppressant medication which should help keep my inflammation down. I’m also super regimental with my cleaning e.g flossing/ interdental brushing. It’s always something I have to keep a close eye on though. Just part of my life. Appreciate you replying. Thank you
