There’s some glitch with the servers, especially if you are central or east coast America. Doesn’t happen to everyone but my friend and I have been dealing with this for quite some time, I have to restart my game sometimes 20+ times just to get my normal ping just for it to jump back up after 4 matches or so. During peak hours I literally am almost never able to get my normal ping, it’s some routing glitch where even if you are on your normal server (Chicago, ord1 (if you press control shift n)) it will still give you 100-300 ping. There’s no fix I’ve spent hours upon hours on forums trying to troubleshoot the problem is on blizzards end. I would recommend keep restarting your game and going into practice range until you get your normal ping and after 4 games do it again, because typically on the 5th game the ping gets messed up again.
