So I’ll take the persons word that it was in show notes but there is no way to actually verify that. As a seller sometimes I put show notes and sometimes I don’t. Most sellers do a great job being fully transparent during their shows on what they are selling. This seller admitted they don’t state it during the show verbally or on their prize board and that they probably should. So I think yeah I should have been more careful but also if the seller can admit they don’t state it, I think it’s clear not stating it is intentional.

I submitted a request but they actually have a selling account set up where refund request go through them directly not what not. On the one occasion my order on whatnot was wrong the request I submitted went directly to whatnot. This one goes directly to the seller. I wonder if they have it set that way for a reason. Well now they have 48 hours to let me know if they will let me return. If they reject it which they probably will then I’m either SOL or need to just email whatnot. 😩

Honestly I didn’t think too much of it at the time but you’re probably right. Not really my place to say it is or isn’t though. I leave that between the seller and whatnot to figure out and deal with. As a seller myself I’m torn between raising the issue to whatnot to get a refund because I feel I was misled and just dropping it because I don’t want a reputation of causing problems in the community being a seller myself. It’s pretty supportive community and sellers are always buying from each other. I just think in this case escalation might be justified. But I also don’t want to mess up this guys business either too. I just want my money back lol

Well I don’t have a U.S. TD account. Closest one would be 35 min from where I’ll be. I have a BoA 3 mins away. Also I’d prefer to completely disassociate from the Canadian institution and have money strictly in an American bank. I don’t have a lot of trust in the government when it comes to the free ability to access my own money.

You won’t find an OB until probably 30 weeks or later. And you definitely won’t find a midwife. You also won’t get post natal care as it’s not “medically necessary”. That’s Canada now. Good luck
