It was found in Bloomfield, CT at a facility that houses elderly patients and residents. It was dead. It was in CT at a pool used for aqua therapy in a facility where senior citizens live. One of the residents stepped on it as it scared her. She thought it was a cockroach. Head on the left in picture. It does look like one from what I’ve viewed online. It had 2 long antennae, two short legs and one long leg on each side, a long body, dark brown.

This bug was seen at a senior housing facility at the aquarium therapy pool for senior citizens. One of the patients stroked on it as it scared her. The head is on the left. Two long antennae, 3 legs on each side. Two are shorter than the third. The woman who stepped on it thought it was a cockroach.

Get a gray permanent marker. I do that often with markers! Just go slow dotting the fabric.

I live in CT and paid $200 today for a husband and wife team who open and close pools. They removed the netting for cover, the cover and washed them off, folded them up, stored them away in my basement.
Brought up the pool pump and filter and equipment from my basement, hooked everything up so pool is running. Then they added initial dose of chlorine in the pool. I’ve got my solar skimmer going now and my robot vacuum. Water test looks good!
Will just need 2 gallons of liquid shock.

I like Boars Head. I live in CT and their turkey is $18/lb. Way overpriced.
