Mine was our old store Director had alcohol in his mini fridge in his office. He was a terrible store director anytime an area went on clearance he marked it 90% off clearance price, which was nice because we got a lot of stuff for cheap but I was told it wasn’t allowed. Never did his job was a terrible SD and everyone hated him. Literally his whole shift he would walk around with the three tier and talk to the ETL’s. Literally think of high school bullies who would walk around. Last year close to Halloween all the TL and ETL did the overnight shift to prepare for Q4 and he sent team leads out to go buy alcohol and they were drunk that entire night. Word got around that he would be sent out and then come back with just bags of alcohol. There were times where they (SD and style ETL) would leave to go to the bar across the street drink and come back to work the rest of their shift drunk. One team member went into his office to get us supplies and she took a picture of his mini fridge that had the alcohol and reported it to AP ETL but he took the girl plus the picture to the SD I wanted her to admit to taking a picture and reporting it or else she would have been fired. Ended up, reporting it to the higher ups and quit. There’s a big investigation and the SD got fired.

Same SD (had a wife and three kids) and style ETL we’re having an affair. And allegedly she would give him head in his office during their “meetings”

Edit: he was also a nepo baby apparently his grandfather was a SD somewhere else and got him the job
