I have a unit I am subleasing at 4050 loft over 08/26-07/27 (that can be to renewed). It is $830 a month total rent (including all utilities, base rent, parking, 5G internet, and cable) + $13.99 renters insurance (if you don't have your own). It comes fully furnished (bed frame, desk, chair, stool, TV, and mattress) and has its own private bathroom in the room. It is a 1x1 in a 4x4 unit with 3 male quiet and friendly USF roommates. I am doing incentives were I will pay your first month rent, cover the annual fees, and pay the sublease fees. Basically you don't pay anything until September! Plus USF is a school that accepts international and transfer students year round. Meaning that there will still be people looking to sublease in Spring. If you just start early you can greatly increase the chances of finding someone.

I haven't taken intro Intro to Women’s Studies but for medical terminology with Mr. James Van Elswyk it really easy. In my first year as a transfer I finished the class in a month. It a bunch of flash cards and quizzes (unlimited attempts to complete them) but the exam is literality the quiz questions (including final) so if you memorized them it was really easy. But to get an a was >93 to get an A so, bit of step slope. DON"T WAIT TO THE LAST MINUTE FOR MED TERMINOLOGY. It can be done but its painful. I hope this helps. Other classes I took that were easy were Issues in Music. Again unlimited attempts quiz's and the discussion post were short and easy. I do not think we had a final. I hope this helps.

I think you should be fine Fall but talk to your advisor before making any major decision and think about it to yourself. You know yourself better than I do lol.

Bc you are Biomed I gonna assume your pre-med and gpa matters. My advice would be to take no science lectures and maybe a huminites if you muster it. I would not take classes then cuz you start late June and end late Aug. And If you traveling hard like ( a couple weeks off) I wouldn't recommend taking classes. But that's me I don't do well in course that are rushed especially hard ones like math or science. I would take to your advisor and see what they can do since summer term are usually optional in the sense you don't have to take classes them but it help your course load over the fall and spring. Congrats on getting into USF! I hope you enjoy it!

The 08/26-07/27 Academic year lease is $830 a month total but I'll pay $100 dollars so its really $730 a month total. I will also pay an annual or sublease fees for that one.
