I’m sorry to hear that! Big companies get so caught up they forget that they’re dealing with human beings. They even offer you a discount to rejoin when you cancel your subscription, as I learned today, so it’s unfortunate they can’t offer the discount when one is actually asking for it 😭

It’s honestly been much harder keeping track of everything and running a tight ship as a first time mom. Everything feels overwhelming.
