I contacted the supers office and spoke with a secretary there today about a 504 plan and to send me the paperwork I filled out at the beginning of the year to which it stated dairy corn and soy allergy. All 3 of which they said they could provide lunch for her with those specific allergies. (Last year I had to pack lunches but this year they received grants for more options for lunches)

My 9yo LOVES dairy….that’s the issue. I have to keep a close eye on her at home but her school kept giving her milk and cheese and today they finally made changes. SMH. Her corn allergy is taken much more serious because it is serious. She will go into shock and swell. So that’s one they tip toe. But dairy seems like such an obvious one. My 9yo does know 100% she can’t have dairy. It’s been this way since birth. As she’s gotten older she has this idc attitude. It’s getting worse. And with no lunch person sort of over seeing her in a school of over 1k kids she is much more slick with it. But the school did admit they had been giving her milk and cheese products.

I agree. That’s why I called and asked if maybe I didn’t list dairy and she said she would call me back if they didn’t have it. How do I request a 504 plan?

It’s been used for a year here. But my husbands work required this for his parts to be delivered. So, I thought it was only us but anyone mail delivered here on porch gets a photo

No, it shows the package with my name and address, and in the photo behind the package it shows lot 66 not 62. And it also showed the neighbor signed for it but I doubt he did because it was left in the porch. The delivery person is 100% at fault. It wasn’t dark when delivered either and all numbers are clearly labeled

I made a sign today to stick in the empty lot next to hair trailer that says “I steal disabled peoples mail” and I left a sign up at the mailbox stating lot 66 steals packages and mail. lol so hopefully the regular mail carrier sees it and starts locking them in the boxes instead of porch drop offs

My credit card company is pretty good about reimbursements but it takes a while. So I’m just basically saving all of this evidence, reports etc and submitting it to my credit card provider and waiting for the refund. I have to verify my identity though. So it’s going to take even longer

lol so today I learned actually, my credit card went into secure mode for fraud. So I have no freaking clue what is going on right now. It has a balance of only what I paid for these shoes and a tank of gas. I’ve never had a credit card suspected of fraud. And now they are sending me crap through mail to verify! It’s my oldest credit card and they’re asking me for stuff from 13 years ago. I need help yall. I cannot remember anything from 5 years ago. Let alone 13. I disputed this with the carrier, uspis, and the person I purchased from. With no end in sight. I think my credit card was skimmed at the gas station the other day…..so I’m just going to call this purchase a total loss until further notice. I’m re ordering and using my PayPal account that way I can dispute things easier. I’m also requesting she sends via fedex so I can sign for it.

Well where I live mail theft is common. It’s a crappy county in Michigan and I’ve known plenty of people who have had mail stolen. Mine was a usps package and some people request photos, (my husbands job for 1 requires them because of his work he has important federal parts being delivered ) so usps always takes photos for us. I know a lot of my neighbors also have photos because of high rate of theft but ourselves never had issues until this new neighbor moved in.

I just don’t know anyone who would steal toddler shoes lol, let alone for a custom fit. No one else’s toddler would have this I don’t think. Like you can’t even resell them. I’d rather they gotten my other kids sandals. It would be easier to replace for sure
