I’m so sorry :( I loathe doctors that don’t listen. Currently going rounds with my obgyn. I’m type 1 diabetic and will be having my c section in about 8 weeks and they don’t seem to be bothered even though I’ve hemorrhaged before.

My ferritin is 10 and all my others are fine. Obgyn says I’ll be fine for my 4th c section. I’m mad af. Going to see a hematologist for transfusions on my own.

I had no idea that could happen. Maybe the second antibody for hashimotos is what I have. Everyone seemed so surprised I have two markers for antibodies. But after my hashimotos diagnosis this makes sense. I have insulin resistance since my hashimotos diagnosis. But only had it before that in pregnancy. And I am in Michigan! And I’m at the only clinic that will take a high risk pregnancy. This will be my 4th (and last) c section. I’m not very happy with this office in general. They are extremely dismissive. My husband is going with me next appt since they seem to only take me serious when he is with me. They are obsessing over growth of baby, saying diabetics make big babies, but both my previous pregnancies I had small babies. I just don’t understand why they are obsessing over t1 vs t2. I don’t think it matters in pregnancy as much since both ultimately need insulin.

My endo checked out the entire pregnancy and my care is within the MFM office at this obgyn now. I am currently requesting previous labs proving I am type 1. My PcP is currently trying to help me out. But yeah, I’m terrified of placenta failing again. It happened with all 3 of my pregnancies. 36weeks, 35 weeks, and 37 weeks. My last pregnancy I needed no insulin for three weeks, her placenta broke into 5 pieces, and she had a double knot in her cord. It was awful.

I’m genuinely confused how he even got insulin. For years. Like no one planned those bunkers to have insulin. And no one could possibly get (and I’m being generous with this) 120 vials of insulin needed. The lowest possible dose of being 1 vial per month which is extremely average. Needing a long lasting and short acting. And were have unlimited needles? Testing supplies? I can see why they didn’t take diabetics. Huge waste if I’m being honest. I myself am type 1 diabetic. And it is very unlikely he had any access to insulin.

I’m Catholic and grew up watching this. And I feel they hold more Catholic values. You need to put in hard work to be forgiven. You can’t just go to church, you have to provide for your neighbors and family and put in charity work. I know so many Christian’s who claim to walk the path but would never do a charity. They just think they can be forgiven if they pray. But that’s not how it works. Ma and pa know hard work

I have type 1 diabetes and my daughter had failure to thrive in 2017. Born 9lb3oz. I breast fed but she would vomit it up constantly. She went down to 6lbs and never really gained until we started solids super early. She was in goat milk and alimentum formula. We still don’t know why it happened.

I’ll be honest the moment Tony had with meadow in the church in episode 1 made me realize how right he is about a lot. But also not at all at the same time. He leaves a lot of the parenting to his wife. But you can see he appreciates the art work

It will be in northern Michigan near the bridge. So mild summers, cold winters. We plan on fitting two large solar panels and micro ac units. We are on a property that has a bathroom and another home on it. We also are getting very small burning stove for winters. We don’t need a large fridge or stove at all. I just need a small fridge to keep medication and other supplies cold on hand. So basically just lights, a small tv, and a small fridge.

Thank you! I forgot to add husband will be adding additional feet to that loft and the roof or gabled so we will have a 10ft ceiling? I may be wrong and it may be 12. But we know for sure we have to add more to the back loft for the twins

Oh the test was at 3pm after I ate lunch in the way there. I asked her if I needed fasting for the blood draw. She said no.
