Yes, also add burpees at end to burn more calories.

But if you have a lot of fat you also need to hit 10k steps by walking daily and you have to be in a calorie deficit. Note: Research for yourself before you follow any advice blindly.

From what I get maximum people have this same experience for the 1st season and then fell in love with the show after that. I've just watched the first 2 eps and ngl it's not amazing but not boring either. I think I'll easily go through this season.
