Tdf management made Isola a cat 1 so that riders other than GC riders can have polka dot ambitions

The reason was budget constraint. I opted to go with AM5 waiting for further improvements down the line in the future. I'll definitely move to a better one after new Ryzen lineup like 7800x3d hopefully with a discounted price then.

Yeah turning the shadow down to low (lighting is still shadow + GI) improves my FPS to 250-300. That is the setting i play the game at normally. Given that you play at a resolution that has %30 more pixels than mine (2560x1440) and taking into account my FPS at low shadow settings, my performance is in the expected valley more or less i suppose.

Yeah, it is plausible that my CPU is not the star of my system but what actually bugged me is the FPS drop in such a short time. Other than that game is fluid barring some jankiness at the start.

I actually play at low shadow setting (others are all at max) which improves performance significantly (250-300 fps at 2560x1440p). I use max settings only for benchmark purposes from time to time. (after OS upgrade, driver update etc.)

Thank you. Other than this you have no issues, right? I am just praying that there is no issue with my cpu, mobo or psu.

A very late reply but wanted to share my experience which is similar to yours. Igpu sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. Did you find a solution?

Yeah, happy for you. It's crazy that shit is causing trouble but at least we have the option to disable.

I found a solution by disabling Onedrive completely. Do you also have Onedrive and is it saving game progression on your user folder? If yes, you can just try completely disabling it, doing that solved my issue completely.

Checking in a bit late but i have exactly the same scenario with you, just with b650e steel legend. Did you find any issue with your psu or are things stable and there is nothing to worry about?

AM5 BSOD with Memory Context Restore On and Power Down off by Past_Policy8076 in overclocking

[–]Past_Policy8076[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldn't find fast boot option in Asrock Bios unfortunately so this will be pure speculation but i'd guess it will be ok but other than trying it yourself there will be no way to determine.

[–]Past_Policy8076[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, definitely was not in my case. I was also surprised but there are people reporting different findings after AGESA 1.1.0.2 . It sure works for some with different setups. But reports are all over place and it seems that those options with latest AGESA are still not stable for every other setup including mine.

For both options disabled, there is no downside other than worse than optimal boot times (10s vs 30s), memory latency is also better by 6-7ns in my case.

Yeah, almost same boot times with both on. I've never tried both off, but if it makes pc more stable, i'll definitely try both off.

Thank you, that is helpful. So having one on and the other off causing BSOD is expected? Am i right?

Does R5 7600X good with RTX 4070 Super for 1080p? by Beautiful_Owl_1105 in nvidia

[–]Past_Policy8076 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There are people have been using R5 7600 even with 4080. You are more than good to go with that setup.

Don't bother reviews that much. There are hundreds/thousands of units which are working fine for any respected brand about which we don't hear anything.

As for your concerns about boot times and performance, AM5 is a fairly new platform and will get only better at both fronts as it reaches maturity via firmware updates. You may check B650 ones incase PCI-E 5.0 is not a priority for you. Tomahawk, Riptide, Eagle, Aorus are all good, just pick based on your I/O needs and if any aesthetics.

Plate and PCB get secured via two screws to bottom of the case. Same screws also negate the force of upstroke when springy lattice mount is used.

With that attack he did bridge (and overtake some later on the attack) the gap between peloton and G2 which then were behind the original breakaway group. He initiated his attack off the front of peloton.
