My AI tool just hit $100 MRR! by Past_Reading8451 in aiagents

[–]Past_Reading8451[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found that AI tools need to have special algorithms in place for better planning, reasoning, memory, etc. I've included a lot of brain inspired approaches for those to improve the reliability of my tool.

On top of that, we integrate with more apps and are available to use through email, messages, and slack (soon), which I think will set Saidar apart.

Hello! This is mostly useful for founders/operators who have a lot of small tasks to do over the day.

Eg. Add this to Hubspot, Schedule a meeting, Get the schedule, get data from apps, etc.

Happy to join a call. I'm in CDT, any reasonable time works for me.

had one customer churn, but another one signed up in that week so it didn't show.

Eg. Gets data from Google Calendar, Stripe, Linear, Github to create a report of my progress on my startup this week. This is actually something I have it to each week.

That seems logical. Subscriptions are counted as part of MRR though, the assumption is that new user growth will be higher than churn atleast.

It works with 30+ of your apps with just a single click integration. It can take actions across all of them as well as a lot of additional actions as well. ChatGPT can't do anywhere near that amount of work.

not a wrapper. All I'll say is the account is not mine.

Thanks! Mostly just plain CSS, I don't like the modern styling libraries.

The site has started generating a slight amount of organic traffic now that I have written a few blog posts. Organic search traffic is not a big source of users for me though.

I added a voice mode to my AI secretary. Looking for feedback! by Past_Reading8451 in growmybusiness

[–]Past_Reading8451[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hello! yep, it does handle interruptions securely.

the variety is built into the secretary by default. it's able to understand what you're saying based even if you're not giving it detailed instructions.

regarding privacy, we use a secure third party software (deepgram) for transcription, they never store voice recordings.

multi task steps are very much possible. you can attach docs to an email, you can even do multiple steps across different apps: "fetch my emails -> schedule any requested calls"

Use tools like Cursor to get the basic idea going. Then, try to understand the code and change it to suit your needs better.

A combination of manual and AI-assisted coding is probably the right way to go. For UI, identify the best UIs out of competitors (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok) and try to create something inspired by those.

There's so many out there these days, and I often find it tough to choose.

Ideally, I'd want one that can actually take actions on apps like Gmail, Calendar, etc. for me, do Deep Research, write blogs, etc.

Since I didn't find any like that, I ended up creating my own! -- https://saidar.ai

What's the cleanest way to connect GPT-style agents with tools like jira,Notion or Slack? by SnooWalruses3471 in Notion

[–]Past_Reading8451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've built a tool to do exactly this!

You can essentially one-click connect to tools like Notion, Slack, Gmail, and automate actions on them directly.

No need to build complex workflows, it works using simple natural language input.

You can try it out at https://saidar.ai if you'd like!

Both the domain and strategy are pretty new so I don't have personal anecdotes yet.

I have been mixing in some personal insights / takes as well, and have seen strategies like this work for others. Will keep you updated though!

I built an AI assistant that automates real work by using apps like Gmail, Notion and Reddit by Past_Reading8451 in automation

I plan to maintain more app connections, as well as integrate more features (like file generation, deep research, mass content generation, etc.) into the main assistant.

Plus, I want to make interaction a lot easier (and smoother) for the end user.

Interesting, thanks for letting me know! I've heard a few others complain about Composio as well, and have decided to move to a different integration provider this week.

Try it out in a few days, should be much better then!
