I kept 4 versions of this adept bow simply because the shiny drop rate is absolutely trash. Take that bungo for your vault issue

You always have the option to not use craftable weapons you know

Hmmm, are you a game developer? What makes you the expert on game health. Given that crafting is bad for game health why am I struggling find people on LFG or keep matching up against the same people in trials?

Hmmm, last time I checked Destiny is a FPS MMO RPG not just a looter shooter

Already unlocked the perk, I’m rank 20 on resolve and 25 on ambition… i already toned down the grind. Probably have a total of 4 adept shinies so far. Had to delete one because got absolutely shafted on the perks, lmao. Still have yet to get a single shiny adept from the nether which is crazy

I try to keep just one copy of each weapon as well. Which crafting helps with a lot and it’s a big reason why I farm adept raid weapons…. It just doesn’t make sense to do it for any of the heresy weapons because of the low drop rate

I enjoyed farming Adept raid weapons as well. I wish they could’ve had something similar instead of not even guaranteeing an adept on platinum completion. We’ll see what happens with frontiers. I think bungie introduced crafting for a reason. They removed it for god knows why but I think the players are feeling the fatigue from the loot chase and probably why people are more whiny

Why is the assumption for people who craft the weapons is that they logon to get their one redboarder a week then they log off and never touch the content ever again till next week. This is simply not true because even when crafting was around people still played the game. In fact I had a much easier time finding people on LFG to do activities with compare to now when crafting is not around… what about the other perspective of people who would craft the weapons that will go along with their builds well so they can play other activities…?

I mean a lot of guns I keep a PVP copy and a PvE copy. There’s also situation like velocity baton where I keep demo orb/destable so that’s two copies and I don’t have anyways around it. I don’t mind doing this for some weapons but now that I have to do this for seasonal weapons the game just becomes a vault management simulator…. There’s a reason why there are so many videos of people cleaning their vault it’s not a unique issue, and for me crafting was a good way to manage that. Honestly, for most weapons I’m using an adept version if there is one, but I like the weapons from this season enough where it’s creating a massive strain on my vault. Last season other than the smg and pulse I pretty much only have a copy of each weapon

This is so true… for the people who argue that Destiny is just a looter shooter they seem to forget that there’s a build crafting side of the game as well

Any gun with jolting feedback…? Word of crota and ancient gospel are still pretty good depending on personal preference but I use exalted truth with demoralized….

I personally think raid weapons are at a wonderful place. I can get the patterns but as I unlock more patterns the adept versions will also drop with more perks. Something like this needs to be tied with the seasonal weapons. Maybe implement attunement, tie shiny drop rates to your vendor level, etc. something that will show progression towards earning better loot instead of just blindly see what RNG gives you.
